Thinking about sponsoring more than one event? We've got perks for that! Get discounts when you team up with us for at least 2 events throughout the 2025-2026 academic year.
Bulk Discounts

Local Discounts
25% off if you meet the following criteria:
- Registered small business independently owned and operated.
- Located within 30 miles of Davis, CA.
- Regularly serve the Davis community.
What you get
Online Shoutout
- Logos will be used on the event website and/or social media post
- You can provide the media (photo, video, or graphic), caption, and any links you would like us to share. Our staff holds the right to use our own discretion and edit the post if necessary.
- It is also possible for our event teams to create the media to be posted.
Event Flyers
- Event flyers are distributed across the UC Davis campus the week of the event.
- Sponsorships must be purchased by the specified deadline to receive this benefit.
Event T-Shirts
- Logos will be printed on the back of our event t-shirts.
- T-shirt quantities vary based on event. They are free for staff, volunteers, and event attendees.
Tabling
- 10'x10' tabling space at the event.
- Distribution of free promotional items will be allowed (no sales).
Event Banner
- Your company logo will be displayed on our event stage. This could be through a vinyl banner or LCD screen on or near the stage. Your logo placement will depend on which event you sponsor.
