Spring 2025

111th annual Picnic Day
April 12, 2025

Since its inception in 1909, Picnic Day has become the crown-jewel event of the UC system and the signature event of UC Davis. One of the largest student-run events in the nation, Picnic Day showcases the richness of diversity and achievement at UC Davis and the surrounding community in the areas of research, teaching, service, and campus life.

Housing Fair 2.0
April 16 2025

Have you found your housing for next year? If you have not have no fear because Housing Day 2.0 is here (for you)! Join Housing Advising for Undergraduate Students (HAUS) as they host the Winter Housing Fair on the Quad from 10am-2pm on Wednesday, March 12. The event is open to everyone. Visit with apartment complexes and rental partners to find the perfect home away from home.

56th annual Whole Earth Festival -
May 9-May 11, 2025

Whole Earth Festival, nicknamed "WEF" is a free, student-run event that attracts over 30,000 visitors annually on Mother's Day weekend.

The Whole Earth Festival is a family-friendly event. Students use art to teach visitors about the realms of activism, wellness, and environmental sustainability in an interactive and creative way. WEF values acceptance, expression, sustainability, community, and inclusivity.

Lawntopia

Lawntopia is the annual concert hosted by Entertainment Council. Taking place in Spring Quarter, Lawntopia brings world-class artists to the UC Davis campus, giving students a place to destress through music. There are games, food, and giveaways that all lead up to the headlining performer. Enjoy the sunny weather while listening to your favorite artist!

Skate the 80's - Roller Skate at the MU
May 16, 2025

Whoa, don’t have a cow! Get ready to roll into Spring Quarter with a totally tubular event! ASUCD has teamed up with the Memorial Union to bring you the first-ever MU Unplugged '80s-themed roller skating bash on the MU North Courtyard, from 4-8 pm. And guess what? It’s free for all UC Davis students!

Bust out your gnarly 80’s gear and show up at 3:30 pm to grab a wristband for your chosen skate time. Sessions are rolling every 30 minutes, starting at 4 pm, with the last crew hitting the rink at 7:30 pm. There are 75 pairs of skates in rad sizes, so don’t miss out!

After shredding the rink, keep the party going in the Games Area from 8 pm-1 am with classic '80s jams and retro Nintendo Switch games. It’s gonna be a mondo good time, so don’t miss it!

Pride Festival

ASUCD is thrilled to host the UC Davis Annual Pride Festival! After a successful 3rd annual Pride Festival, we celebrated "Pride Around the World" on May 31st, 2024.

Sunset Fest
October 4, 2024

Sunset Fest is Entertainment Council's kick-off to Fall Quarter with a free concert to welcome new students to campus. Think of it as your very first quintessential college experience and another way to make friends while listening to your favorite artist.

There are games, food, and giveaways that all lead up to the headlining performer! In Fall of 2022, Remi Wolf headlined the show on the UC Davis Quad.

9th annual Mental Health Conference

Welcome to UCD MHI's 9th annual Mental Health Conference! MHC is the LARGEST student-run mental health conference in California! Join us for an engaging and informative event focused on promoting mental health destigmatization, education, and advocacy. This in-person conference will be held at the UC Davis Conference Center and is FREE FOR ALL (non-students welcome!). MHC 2025 features guest keynote speakers, interactive workshops, healing spaces, caucuses, and more!
