Legal Services

Need legal support or help? ASUCD legal services provide each UC Davis undergraduate students multiple free fifteen minute consultations based on availability with an attorney per quarter.

Follow these steps to set up a free fifteen minute consultation. At this time consultations must be made in-person at the ASUCD Student Services Office (SSO) on the third floor of Memorial Union Room 347.   Click here for SSO open office hours and contact information.

  1. Visit ASUCD SSO during open office hours to request an appointment at the front desk.
  2. Bring your student ID (registration card).
  3. Schedule an appointment (attorneys available times vary).
  4. ASUCD SSO will provide paperwork for the student to summarize the legal matter.

All students must be currently registered/enrolled as an undergraduate student and pay the ASUCD fee to receive legal service via ASUCD.  For more legal service information, please visit http://resources.ucdavis.edu/.
