CAC’s main goal is to provide underprivileged and inner-city youth an opportunity to experience the outdoors and enjoy being a kid. Children are able to participate in a variety of activities led by enthusiastic counselors. Cal Aggie Camp brings more than 150+ children from the foster care system and underserved communities to summer camp at no cost to parents, agencies, or foster parents.

All of our staff undergo background checks and fingerprinting to ensure the safety of the children attending Cal Aggie Camp. Additionally, volunteers are eligible to receive a stipend for their services to Cal Aggie Camp, because we are committed to making the experience as affordable to students as possible.

Cal aggie camp has become a beacon of hope for these children and a reminder of the positive impact that ASUCD has on its community.

This upcoming year CAC will be held July 6-20, 2013.
