To rent a MicroFridge® or Mini-Refrigerator from the ASUCD Refrigerator Service for the current academic year (September through June) at the discounted rate listed above, a reservation form and rental payment must be postmarked no later than September 15 . Note, there is a limited supply of MicroFridges® and Mini-Refrigerators. Reservations are taken on a first come first served basis. When all available fridges are reserved, further orders will be placed on a waiting list, with the postmark designating priority, so send in your order as soon as possible.
Checks should be made payable to the ASUCD Refrigerator Service . The reservation form and check should be sent to the following address:

Note, in order to receive the discount and to have a unit held in your name both the rental fee and security-cleaning deposit ($165 for MicroFridges® and $50 for Mini-Refrigerators) must be received in the envelope postmarked by September 15. Information about rental contract signing and pick-up of your MicroFridge® or Mini-Refrigerator will be sent out to your campus address before you move into the residence halls. Finally, please note, refunds will only be given if the renter can show proof that their roommate also rented a MicroFridge® or Mini-Refrigerator from the ASUCD Refrigerator Service.
