Club Finance Council, or CFC, is ASUCD's way of giving back to the student organizations, so that they can put on events and run special projects.  It is run by the university administration, at the Student Programs and Activites Center.  See the CFC website for more information on  how to compete with other organizations to get funding for your club, and which weeks of the year a club can apply.
