krmassoudi@ucdavis.edu
Office Hours:
T/Th, 10am-12pm
Kevin Massoudi is a third year Political Science major, Economics minor from Irvine, California. From the very beginning of his freshman year here at UC Davis, Kevin became active in ASUCD. He served on the Internal Affairs Commission for a year, interned for ex-Senator (Current ASUCD President) Joseph Chatham, and is a current member of the Telecommunications Advisory Board.
As a Senator, Kevin will work to expand the Wi-Fi coverage here on campus through contuinued work with the administration and the Telecommunications Advisory Board (TAB). He hopes to have full campus coverage by the time he graduates in 2011. Also, by collaborating with TAPS, Kevin will lift the "Out of Town" carpool permit clause in order to make the cost of parking permits less of a burden on students and encourage a community of ride-sharing. In addition, it is Kevin's goal to drastically reduce ASUCD's paper waste through strategic legislation aimed at moving ASUCD more towards 100% digital documentation. Finally, by working with the administration, the city of Davis, and the student body at large, Kevin will bring back a proud UC Davis tradition, the Epic Quad Battle.
If you have any questions, concerns, or comments for Kevin, never hesitate to contact him, either by email or by just walking up to him if you ever happen to see him having some coffee or delicious food in the Coho!
