ASUCD Senate

The Senate oversees budgets, initiates new projects, and monitors AS activities and services. The Senate consists of twelve elected members of the student body who strive to represent your voice in student government. The Senate also authors legislation to conduct ASUCD business and represent student opinions.
The Senate consists of twenty elected and ex-officio members, but only the twelve Senators have the ability to vote. The ASUCD Vice President may only cast a vote to break a tie.
