Joe is a 4^th Year International Relations major, Communications minor with an emphasis in trade and development. He was elected ASUCD President in the Winter 2009 with running-mate Vice-President Chris Dietrich as an independent.

Reliable, consistent and ongoing communication between ASUCD and the Student Body 

Comprehensive advocacy at the Administrative, City and State levels 

A realistic, fiscally responsible budget that maximizes students dollars by prioritizing services used by many students
