A "zine" is a magazine you publish yourself and they can be about anything you want. In this class you will learn the basics of how to put together a zine, from layout to binding to photocopying, plus we will bring plenty of other zines for you to look through. Come and learn about this unique way of sharing your stories and interacting with the world. Anyone can do this! What to bring: ideas and any content you would
like to turn into a zine.

M. Althaea is a local genderqueer misfit and the current editrix of the zine ´Deviant Recipes´. When ze isn´t pasting cartoons to zir computer screen, ze is busy working on projects for the Queer Zine Archive Project (www.qzap.org).
