The Davis Adult School offers many courses from Dance and Fitness, to Language and Computers. The Craft Center offers hands on classes such as welding, sewing and pottery. University of Missouri Communiversity has class topics ranging from cooking classes to financial planning seminars, from belly dancing to wholistic health. University of Washington Experimental College was founded in 1968 and offers hundreds of fun, non-credit classes in over twenty categories! The Twin Cities Experimental College (or EXCO) has been recently founded in the Spring of 2006. They offer free classes such as Body Wisdom, Filmmaking and workshops on Peace and Nonviolence. You can find them in the Twin Cities, Minnesota area. The Davis Food Co-op offers many classes. Check them out online or in person.
